How to start a petition?
MesOpinions is a citizen mobilization tool open to everyone. It allows every citizen to start their fight and engage public opinion. If you wish, you can start your petition by clicking here: Create my petition
To access your dashboard, simply go to your account in the "My Profile" tab. Then go to "My Petitions" and click on "View my dashboard".
You can share your petition on social media (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) so that your friends and family can get involved as well. If you don't use social media, feel free to share your campaign via email and talk about it with those around you.
To modify your petition, you can log in to "My Profile". You will then be able to view all the petitions launched from your account. By clicking on "View my dashboard", you will be able to perform several management actions on your petition. Please note, once your petition has collected 10 signatures, you will no longer be able to modify its content.
Your petition has exceeded 10 signatures, so you can no longer make significant changes, out of respect for the commitment of your signatories to the original text.
Your petition is online on our site, but it has not yet passed the first mobilization step: the 10 signatures. Once this first step is reached, your petition will be visible in our lists. In the meantime, you can send it by email to your contacts or share it on your social media.
Several dozen petitions are created every day on our platform. These are processed in chronological order. You can find your campaign by typing a keyword or the numbers corresponding to your petition's ID directly in our search bar.
Your signatories are waiting to hear from you following their commitment to you in this fight. To do this, simply send a message to your signatories directly from your space by going to the "My Account" tab, then "My Profile". You can then click on "View my dashboard". You will then have the option to go to "Inform my signatories". You can then send a message to all the signatories of the petition. Each message sent to your signatories should contain important information regarding your civic mobilization, but we advise against sending them multiple messages in the same week.
Author messages are systematically moderated and reviewed by the MesOpinions team.
To view the list of signatures or comments for a petition, simply go directly to the relevant campaign and click on the "View all signatures" or "View all comments" tab.
In accordance with the privacy and personal data protection law, the email address cannot be shared without the owner's consent. Therefore, you do not have access to this personal data.
In accordance with the privacy and personal data protection law, each user is free to register their identity and make it visible or not during their signature. Some signatures are, therefore, anonymous.
You can boost your campaign by making a donation on your petition. You can access this feature from your petition dashboard: simply log in to our platform and go to the "Your profile" page. All your petitions will then appear, and you will have the option to click on "View my dashboard". You will then be able to directly use the "Boost your petition" feature. You will just need to choose the amount of your contribution.
To declare the victory of a petition, you simply need to create your victory on your author account. To do this, just go to "Your profile". You can then go to "View my dashboard". You will then have the option to "Declare your victory". You will then need to write your victory text. This victory message must contain a minimum number of characters so that we can dedicate a page to you in the "Victories" category on our site, as well as share it with your signers.
To delete a campaign, simply send your request via email to [email protected]. We must inform you that any deletion of a campaign is final and irreversible. Once completed, you will no longer have access to the data concerning it. The people who followed your fight will not be able to know the outcome of your civic campaign.
When you want to sign a petition, simply enter your email in the "Enter your email" field, then click on the "I sign" button located at the top right of the petition. You will then receive a validation email for your signature; just click on the link provided to definitively validate your signature.
When signing a petition, you are registered as a signatory, which will allow you to receive updates via email or notification. You can also see the progress of an author's campaign by going directly to their petition, in the "Updates" tab. You will then be redirected to the various updates of this campaign.
If you want to see the other signatures, simply click on "View all signatures" when you return to the petition, once your signature has been validated.
If you want to see the other comments, simply click on the "See all comments" tab located at the bottom of the petition.
If you want to see the news of a petition, simply click on the "News" tab. You will then be able to view the latest messages sent by the author.
The date of a petition is not visible on our platform as some campaigns, particularly national or international ones, can last several years before achieving victory.
In accordance with the law, the author's personal information is confidential. However, you can still send us an email at [email protected] with the message you wish to convey to the author, the relevant petition, and your contact details if you would like to receive a response.

When you sign a petition, an email is sent to you asking you to click on a link to validate your signature.
If you haven't received a validation email, check your spam folder and verify if you haven't used another email account. If you encounter any difficulties, feel free to contact us at: [email protected]. We will manually validate your signature.
A super contributor is a person who has made a donation on a petition to help it achieve victory.

To sign anonymously, simply click on "My account" and select the "Settings" tab. You can then go to the "Edit my profile" section. All that’s left is to choose the information that appears when you sign.
You can specifically check the box "I want my future signatures to be anonymous".

As soon as you sign a petition or vote in a survey, a user registration form opens and you are automatically subscribed to MesOpinions.

To unsubscribe, simply go to the "My Account" tab and then to "Settings". You will then need to click on the "Manage your email alerts" tab. After that, just check "I do not wish to receive any emails".
